What if this works? I love this question and ask myself it often. What is your THIS? What is that thing you secretly desire but continue to put off, hide from or not pursue? How come? The fear of the unknown can be crippling unless we gain an awareness of it and discover how to continue to walk forward anyway. Oftentimes we are stuck in our story because we put on limiting beliefs. A limiting belief is a thought we put on over and over again that holds us back from creating the result we desire.
For me discovering I had the power to change my story even though I couldn’t change my circumstances was amazing to discover. I remember saying over and over again, “What if this works? What if this works?” For me, discovering how to put on words that matter has made all the difference.
So let’s start to let go of those limiting beliefs and put on thoughts that help you become the person you have always desired to be. As Oprah Winfrey said, “Nothing happens until you decide. Make a decision and watch your life move forward.” In this episode, I will share many common limiting beliefs that many of us put on and don’t even recognize the effect they are having on us.
