Recently, I was reminded of a simple truth. We all have plans and goals of how we want life to go, though these are important, life often times doesn’t go as planned. Life unfolds how life it unfolds and sometimes it doesn’t listen to our plan. We have little control over the circumstances in life.
The one thing we have control over is our thoughts and the words we choose to put on each day regarding our circumstances. Our thoughts are what cause our feelings. So today, despite what decision you have made, what plans you have planned, or what goal you are working towards, please practice saying “it is well” as you focus on it.
These simple words will allow you to focus on the good and to see more good in your everyday living. In this episode you will see how there are often times more than two choices to a question.
