44: 44. Perspective

How do you choose to look at the world? Are you a person that looks at a glass half full or half empty? Why is that? It is good to remember that we have the power to change our perspective–because we have the power to change our thoughts regarding the circumstances of our life.

In this episode we will talk more about the importance of focusing on the good! As Wayne Dyer says, “if you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” The only way I have discovered how to change the way I look at things is through changing my thoughts. Before I can even change my thoughts I must become aware to them and decide if they are serving me or not.

It is time to focus on the good in our individual lives and as we begin to change our perspective and see life through a new set of eyes—when we do this, everything will begin to change.

That is the power of one word! And today we focus on perspective. Be sure to check out my FREE Ebook that I created just for you. It is called the One Word Way. You will discover how to ditch willpower and put on word power as you create the life you desire. To get your copy go to becomingwithbecky.com/join.
