For every choice we make or don’t make there is an effect. Cause and effect is the relationship between two things when one thing makes something happen. In essence–the cause is the thing that makes other things happen. The effect refers to what the results are.

Michale J. Fox said this, “everything is cause and effect. If you don’t move, nothing will move with you and nothing will move toward you.” You and I must take the step to move.

This idea puts the power back in our control to change and to stop waiting on our circumstances to change us.

The cool thing is with words–you and I have the power to change them and put on words that create the effect we desire. When we think about the Word Effect—we see that the words we put in our lives will have an effect. Words matter and we want to become more aware of the words we put on. If we are not getting the effect we desire or result—we have the ability to change our words.
